Manufacturing Technician / Production Operator

Run and tend the stations that build our modules — operating equipment, staging materials, and keeping product moving to spec on a 24/7 line.

What you'll do

• Operate production equipment across stations — stringing, layup, lamination, framing, and testing — to standard work.
• Load and stage cells, glass, encapsulant, backsheet, and frames.
• Perform first-piece and in-process checks; flag anomalies to quality.
• Record production and traceability data accurately at each step.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe (5S).
• Support changeovers and continuous-improvement efforts.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred — training provided.
• Comfortable on your feet for a full shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and good hand dexterity.
• Willing to work shifts, including nights and weekends (the line runs 24/7).
• Bilingual English / Spanish a plus.
