Process Engineer — Stringing & Lamination

Own the stringing and lamination processes — set the parameters, drive yield and throughput, and solve problems on the line.

What you'll do

• Develop, document, and optimize stringing and lamination process parameters.
• Monitor process capability, yield, and cycle time; drive improvements.
• Lead root-cause analysis on defects such as cell cracks, delamination, and voids.
• Qualify materials and equipment; manage process changes and validation.
• Partner with quality and maintenance to reduce scrap and downtime.
• Write work instructions and train operators.

What you bring

• BS in Engineering — Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related.
• 2+ years of process engineering in manufacturing; PV or electronics a plus.
• Experience with stringing / soldering and lamination processes preferred.
• Strong data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) skills.
• Hands-on problem solver who is comfortable on the floor.
• Bilingual English / Spanish a plus.
