Own product and process quality — inspection, testing, and the data that proves every module meets spec.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain inspection plans, test methods, and quality standards.
- Own flash test, EL imaging, and electrical-verification processes.
- Drive corrective action (8D / CAPA) and reduce defect rates.
- Maintain ISO-driven quality systems and documentation.
- Analyze quality and traceability data; report on yield and reliability.
- Support supplier quality and incoming-material inspection.
What you bring
- BS in Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years in quality engineering in manufacturing; PV or electronics a plus.
- Experience with SPC, root-cause tools, and ISO 9001 systems.
- Familiarity with module testing (flash, EL) preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong data skills.
- Bilingual English / Spanish a plus.
